TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Booking

On Booking we require a £50.00 deposit, which secures the date for you, and is taken off the final balance. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your event.

For last minute bookings the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Deposit’s or full payments can me made via Paypal, cheque, cash or bank transfer (details below)

All cheques must be cleared prior to your event. Cheques to be made payable to :-  Christina Teasdale.

Please reference all deposits with your full name.

Bank transfers to Lloyds Bank.

Please note we can not guarantee your booking until £50.00 deposit is paid.

Please note all of our items are only available for hire with our chair covers unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment of your deposit and completion of booking form is deemed as you having read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions of hire

Cancellations:

Any deposits paid will not be refunded

Full balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to the date of hire, any cancellations made from this time will not be refunded.

Any complaints/problems at the time of hire need to be sent in writing to infinitychaircovers@hotmail.co.uk for us to rectify.

Prices:

Prices & availability of products are subject to change without notice, however once a deposit has been received the price quoted will not change.

Hire Period:

Hire is for the agreed period only as at the time of booking (with a day either side for collection and returns) where orders are being collected from ourselves.

You as the customer are responsible for the hired goods until they are returned to ourselves.

Risk of Goods:

The risk of goods will pass onto you immediately once delivery or collection of the goods have been received.

Misplaced and damaged hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value, and no substitute item will be accepted.

Infinity Chair Covers  reserve the right to also charge the hirer loss of profit on the hired goods.

Linen may be returned soiled, however any permanent stains or damages to chair covers & sashes such as Red wine, ink, pulls in the fabric and burns, candle wax, unremovable foot marks will attract a £5.00 replacement charge for each damaged chair cover or overlay and £2.00 per sash.  Other item replacement charges are:

Chair covers / Any Sash or Chair Decoration  / Table runner –  £5 each

Any Glassware – £15

Cream Birdcage – £30

5 arm Candelabra – £40

30cm wide mirror plate – £5 each

Post box  – up to £70

Starlight backdrop curtain – up to £3000

Chiavari Chair – £25

Floral LOVE letters – up to £700

Flower Wall – up to £1000

By booking with us you accept that in the case of any damages, loss or theft you shall be invoiced for replacements.

Liability:

Infinity Chair Covers  will not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained arising from any goods under hire.

Infinity Chair Covers reserves the right to make changes to an order where necessary, or replace items ordered with similar goods

Any failure by us to enforce any or all of these conditions shall not amount to or be interpreted as a waiver of any of our rights
